Pilot requirements (you must meet ALL of these) CFC member in good standing Single Engine Land Pilot Certificate (Private or higher) Meet all FAA requirements (medical, BFR, etc) High Performance and Complex endorsements 275 hours or more PIC time, of which at least 50 hours PIC are in an aircraft with more than 4 seats and retractable gear, and at least 25 hours PIC are in a BE-35 OR 10 hours of dual flight instruction in a BE35 while accompanied by an appropriately certificated flight instructor. 3 hours or more PIC in BE-35 in last 180 days OR checkout with written approval from CFC instructor in last 45 days 3 landings in high performance, complex plane in last 90 days
